Our house is located central in Ischgl. In 3 minutes you reach nearly everything! Bars, restaurant, cable cars etc.!

Only 50 meters beside the house

In our ski room, each apartment has its own locker. In winter for ski equipment with heating for ski boots, gloves and helmet. In summer, shoe heating for hiking boots

Just follow the booking steps. The reservation is fixed with a deposit (40%)

Select the apartment you prefer and simply enter your email address and name. In the last step you can choose, whether you want to reserve the apartment, or just want to receive an offer – that you can fix at any time, if still available.

We kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:30 am on the day of departure. Arrival is possible from 4.00 p.m. - If you arrive late, after 8:00 p.m., please inform us: info@grafspitz-ischgl.at or Whats' App/phone +43 (0)670 603 4429

You are welcome to take advantage of the European travel insurance, You can conclude this directly with the online booking and book it carefree

The Austrian terms and conditions apply

• 3 months till 1 month before the day of arrival 40% of the total arrangement price
• 1 month till 1 week before the day of arrival 70% of the total arrangement price
• in the last week before the day of arrival 90% of the total arrangement price.

Please note that we regularly remove the rubbish out of the apartment!

Either right in front of the house or in the new Parking Lounge Ischgl (2 places)

• Apartment for 2 people: 1 car
• Apartment for 5-7 people: 2 cars

If more parking places are needed please contact us  (parking place for 10€ per day)

Please let us know in advance how many guests will be arriving. Unregistered overnight stays are unfortunately not allowed.
